Warren has over 40 years experience in the construction and management of infrastructure projects. Warren has been engaged in senior management positions for both private and public sector organizations.

His private sector experience includes corporate level management of contracting companies and at the detailed level ranging from tendering through to management of successful project delivery. In public sector roles Warren was the Director of the Project Office for the high profile Gateway Upgrade project and has advised government agencies on resource allocation, budget, risk control and systems development at the program management level.

As Director (Technical Services) and Assignment Director for estimating and cost control advisory assignments, Warren provides strategic advice to clients focusing on the delivery of successful commercial outcomes and oversees advice given by CGI. Warren oversees an expanding technical services team and assignment support providing estimating, programming, constructability and risk assessment horsepower.
