In preparation for bidding this project, CGI drew together consortium partners and advised on bidding and commercial strategy, proposal development and coaching for the ECI bid. The Golding/GHD consortium was the successful bidder.
In supporting the consortium develop their RAP, CGI filled the roles of Project Manager and Risk Manager up to financial close.
